About the position

Core & Main is seeking a Project Manager (Non-Technical) to join our team in Houston, TX. In this role, you will be responsible for managing multiple project timelines and schedules, ensuring that all stakeholders are kept informed throughout the project lifecycle. You will play a crucial role in identifying and resolving potential scheduling conflicts and operational roadblocks, while coordinating resources and personnel to ensure successful project completion. Your ability to communicate effectively with both internal teams and external partners will be essential in maintaining project momentum and achieving our goals. As a Project Manager, you will oversee projects from inception to completion, ensuring that all aspects are executed efficiently and effectively. Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business or related field.
  • At least 2 years of related experience in project management.
  • Experience in construction supply or industrial distribution.
  • Experience working directly with general contractors and/or municipalities.

Nice-to-haves

  • 2-5 years of related experience in project management.
  • Experience in the construction supply industry.
