About the position

The Project Manager position at Infotree Global Solutions is a contract role focused on planning, directing, and coordinating non-technical projects. In this hybrid position, the Project Manager will work primarily during the day shift, Monday to Friday, with an expected workload of 40 hours per week. The role demands a proactive approach to project management, utilizing tools such as Microsoft Project, PowerPoint, and Word to facilitate project planning and reporting. The candidate should have a basic understanding of Scrum methodologies, although this is preferred rather than required. The position is based in Sterling Heights, MI, and candidates must be willing to relocate if they are not currently residing in the area.

Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in project management or related roles.
  • PMI or PMP certification is required.
  • Basic knowledge of production processes, quality control, and business management principles.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Nice-to-haves

  • 1 year of experience with Scrum methodologies is preferred.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Visio and other project management software.
