About the position

Micrologic Associates is seeking a qualified Project Implementation Manager to join our team. This role is essential for managing the entire lifecycle of client projects related to equipment and software configuration in the car wash and quick lube industries. The Project Manager will lead non-technical projects from concept to completion, ensuring that deadlines and objectives are met while delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Learning and demonstrating competency in all Micrologic products and services.
  • Developing a strong understanding of delivery capabilities associated with the products and services offered.
  • Leading and managing non-technical projects from concept to completion, ensuring deadlines and objectives are met.
  • Acting as the primary point of contact for both clients and internal teams, delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Developing project timelines, managing deliverables, and communicating progress and setbacks to both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ensuring all project related tasks are completed in the required timeframe both externally (by the client) and internally (by various departments).
  • Making informed business decisions that positively impact project outcomes.
  • Escalating issues when necessary to or within the proper department.
  • Adapting quickly to changing priorities and maintaining momentum on multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Coordinating and communicating with field tech implementation team for scheduling and management of implementation projects.
  • Tracking project progress within our project management system.
  • Taking ownership and responsibility of projects with a goal of ensuring client satisfaction and success.

Requirements

  • Significant experience in cross functional and client relationship management.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Organized and able to manage assignments in a fast-paced high velocity environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to multitask, think outside the box, pivot quickly, and apply critical-thinking skills to situations.
  • Ability to breakdown complex problems.
  • Ability to establish positive working relationships with all clients; ability to become client partner.
  • Strong business acumen and decision-making ability.
  • Ability to represent technical delivery tasks to non-technical or business resources.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks and remain adaptable in a changing environment.
  • Ability to work as part of a team to seek help when needed and provide help when available.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office products, G-Suite products, and CRM software.
