Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of IT projects, ensuring alignment with business goals and IT strategy.
• Develop project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies for all phases of the project lifecycle.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including software developers, system engineers, network administrators, and business analysts, to deliver project outcomes.

Requirements

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is required.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, Scrum).
• Proven experience in IT project management, ideally with experience managing software development, system implementation, or infrastructure projects.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Jira, Trello, or similar).
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
