Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 7-10 years of project management or related experience required.
• Demonstrated leadership experience with a specific goal performance record required.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills required.
• Demonstrated knowledge and proficiency in all phases of project development and design required.

Nice-to-haves

• Master's degree preferred.
• PMP certification preferred.
• Six-Sigma / Lean certification preferred.
• 1-2 years of experience in the healthcare industry, preferably in a clinical setting preferred.
