About the position

The Project Manager for Oracle Fusion HCM/Payroll Implementation will lead the implementation process of Oracle Fusion solutions, focusing on Human Capital Management (HCM), Payroll, and Benefits. This role requires a strong understanding of project management methodologies and extensive experience with Oracle ERP systems, particularly in the context of HR processes. The Project Manager will ensure effective communication with stakeholders and address any issues that arise during the implementation phase.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the implementation of Oracle Fusion HCM and Payroll solutions.
  • Utilize project management methodologies such as Agile and Waterfall to ensure project success.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders across various departments to address their needs and concerns.
  • Identify and resolve issues that arise during the implementation and operation of the HR module.
  • Utilize project management tools like Microsoft Project, Asana, or Jira to track progress and manage tasks.

Requirements

  • 10 to 15 years of experience with Oracle ERP systems, including at least 5 years of Oracle Fusion implementation experience in HCM, Payroll, and Benefits.
  • Proficiency in project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
  • Strong understanding of HR processes and best practices, including talent management and employee relations.
  • Familiarity with Oracle Cloud Fusion HR functionalities and integration capabilities.
  • Excellent communication skills to interact with stakeholders effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities to address implementation challenges.
