About the position

The Project Manager/Organizational Change Management Practitioner role at Intertech, Inc. is a hybrid contract position focused on the continued deployment of the Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) system and managing organizational change. The position requires a blend of project management and organizational change management skills to ensure successful project delivery and stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities

• Develop a project plan including tasks, resource assignments, and schedule.
• Manage deliverables according to the project plan, making adjustments as necessary.
• Provide regular updates to governance, leadership, and key stakeholders.
• Set and communicate work priorities, monitor and report progress.
• Track project budget and partner with the EAM Systems Manager to manage spending and forecast costs.
• Manage changes to scope and deliverables to achieve project goals within approved time and cost.
• Provide leadership and direction to the EAM implementation team.
• Coordinate and collaborate with the vendor's Project Manager.
• Log and follow through on project-related risks, action items, issues, and decisions; escalate issues and risks as needed.
• Monitor progress, track hours, and report status.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (B.S. or B.A.) or Associate's degree plus 5 years of experience.
• 5+ years of experience in project management.
• Proven competency in Organizational Change Management.
• Experience in developing and delivering training.
• Strong organizational skills.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience managing projects in state, county, or city governments or non-profit sector.
• Experience with Enterprise Asset Management systems.
• PMP certification from PMI.
• CCMP certification from ACMP or Prosci certification.
• Experience with Organization Development.
• Experience in developing test scripts/testing.
• Experience with agile project approaches.
