Rogue Valley Heating, Cooling, and Electric is seeking experienced Outside Sales Representatives to join our dynamic team in Grants Pass, OR. Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers to drive sales growth.
  • Communicate professionally and clearly with team members, management, and customers.
  • Provide reliable support to the team with excellent timeliness and attendance.
  • Demonstrate problem-solving skills and provide accurate resolutions to customer inquiries.
  • Follow through on tasks in a timely and effective manner.
  • Contribute new ideas and energy to the sales team.

Requirements

  • Valid and insurable driver's license required.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of sales experience preferred.
  • Verifiable work history and references.
  • Ability to communicate professionally, clearly, and concisely with others.
  • Highly motivated and detail-oriented with strong multi-tasking abilities.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills and a keen sense of urgency.
  • Punctual with a clean presentation and prepared to work every day.

Nice-to-haves

  • Previous HVAC experience is desired but not necessary.
