As a Project Manager / Outside Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in our mission by being the face of TEC and the hero our customers rely on. This position is designed for individuals who are eager to learn and grow, as we provide comprehensive training to ensure your success in the field. You will be responsible for inspecting roofs for weather damage, guiding homeowners through the insurance process, crafting project estimates, sealing the deal, and overseeing the entire construction process to ensure a smooth experience for our customers. In this role, you will promote TEC's services and products to potential customers, effectively communicating throughout the project lifecycle. You will assist homeowners in navigating the insurance claims process and develop and maintain customer relationships through self-generated leads and referrals. Your responsibilities will also include overseeing teams on projects and installations to ensure that the quality of work meets TEC's high standards. Additionally, you will need to inspect roofs for damage, as well as assess siding and gutters, providing exceptional customer service along the way. This position offers unlimited earning potential, as it is a full-commission based role, allowing you the freedom to set your own schedule while enjoying various incentives and benefits.

Responsibilities

  • Inspect roofs for weather damage and assess siding and gutters.

Requirements

  • No experience needed; we will provide training.
  • Valid driver's license is required.
  • Ability to inspect roofs and assess damage.

Nice-to-haves

  • Construction experience is a plus.
