About the position

The Sales Project Manager role at The Crack Guys is a commission-based position focused on providing foundation repair and waterproofing solutions to homeowners. The position emphasizes relationship-building and problem-solving, allowing project managers to work autonomously while managing their schedules and visiting pre-scheduled appointments. The role is designed for self-motivated individuals who thrive in a results-driven environment and are eager to achieve personal and financial goals.

Responsibilities

• Perform foundation and crawlspace inspections, both inside and out.
• Provide homeowners with effective, affordable long-term solutions.
• Educate customers on their home's issues and how our services will solve them.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with homeowners, leaving a lasting positive impression.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals.
• Be a professional ambassador for The Crack Guys at all times.

Requirements

• Sales experience in home improvement or mechanical applications is preferred.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals.
• A self-starter who thrives on autonomy and responsibility.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused attitude.
• Willingness to get a little dirty - you must be comfortable working in crawl spaces.
• Valid driver's license is required.

Nice-to-haves

• Knowledge of foundation repair and waterproofing is a plus but not required - we'll train you!
