About the position

The Project Manager (Paid Media) at VML is responsible for planning and directing digital campaigns from inception to completion. This role involves managing project execution, coordinating resources, timelines, and ensuring adherence to project management standards. The Project Manager will also engage with clients and internal teams to facilitate communication and resolve issues, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.

Responsibilities

• Plan and organize project concepts into a clear framework throughout the project life cycle.
• Develop detailed project timelines, dependencies, milestones, and tasks for concurrent projects.
• Monitor day-to-day management of projects from initiation through implementation and deployment.
• Lead effective client calls and internal meetings with documented next steps and key decisions.
• Manage all project financials and uphold quality control standards.
• Collaborate with discipline leads and account management to support the development of scope of work.
• Communicate project status to the team and client regularly, ensuring alignment among stakeholders.

Requirements

• Minimum 1-2 years of project management or project coordination experience, preferably in an agency environment.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to lead project team members and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Capacity to understand dynamics of multi-discipline teams and resolve team-related issues.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple concurrent tasks/projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience using a project management tool or system to schedule deliverables and tasks.
