About the position

The Project Manager will oversee and coordinate complex multi-country projects within the pharmaceutical and biopharmaceutical sectors. Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate complex multi-country projects in the pharmaceutical sector.
• Manage stakeholder relationships and ensure effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.
• Host and manage weekly project meetings, documenting notes, actions, and maintaining risk logs.
• Utilize project planning tools such as MS Project, Excel, and Smartsheets to track project progress.
• Interact with employees from various functional areas to ensure project alignment and success.

Requirements

• 6+ years of project management experience in the pharmaceutical or biopharmaceutical industry.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, particularly project planning tools like MS Project and Smartsheets.
• Strong communication skills for effective stakeholder management and project updates.
• Experience in managing complex projects with a focus on stakeholder engagement.
