About the position
The Project Manager position at Consensus involves an initial training phase where the new hire will shadow an experienced Project Manager to learn about the company's products, processes, and project delivery methods. After training, the Project Manager will oversee project delivery from start to finish, coordinating internal teams and third-party vendors to ensure project success.
Responsibilities
- Train and shadow an experienced Project Manager to learn products, tools, and processes for successful project delivery.
- Coordinate internal teams and third-party vendors to ensure project success after training.
- Develop project scopes, schedules, and objectives, ensuring all stakeholders are aligned.
- Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope.
- Provide guidance to clients on how to best use our products for engagement.
- Monitor and report project performance, making adjustments as needed.
- Maintain project documentation and ensure clear communication with all stakeholders.
Requirements
- Entry-level or 1-2 years of experience in project coordination, project management, or a related field.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask effectively.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Apple products.
- A bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience is preferred.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience in digital project management, consultancy, or the digital learning/events industry is a plus.
