About the position

The Platform Implementation Associate role at BlackRock involves managing the implementation and integration of SMA products and technology solutions. This position requires collaboration with cross-functional teams, including Legal and Compliance, to ensure successful platform implementations while maintaining strong relationships with vendors and clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong project management background and a detail-oriented approach to facilitate communication and manage project timelines effectively.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate communication and negotiations between vendors, clients, and internal stakeholders to support platform implementations.
• Manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables to ensure on-time delivery.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define the platform's scope, goals, and deliverables that support business objectives.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive platform documentation and user guides.
• Responsible for accurate & timely responses to all requests coming into the team from internal partners & external clients.
• Coordinate operational setups/workflows for new platforms.
• Assist in process improvements.

Requirements

• 3-5 years industry experience
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field
• Proven project management experience
• Proficiency in Airtable and Salesforce
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities
• Client Service Minded
• Strong understanding of SMA products and investment advisory services preferred
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
