About the position

The Technical Project Manager will serve as the engagement delivery manager with a focus on technical project management, specifically in the area of Digital Manufacturing. This role requires a minimum of 12 years of experience, particularly in PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) implementation using Dassault Enovia/Biovia and MES (Manufacturing Execution Systems) such as Traksys. The position is based in Plano, TX, and is 100% onsite, emphasizing the importance of direct engagement with clients and team members. As the single point of contact for the client, the Technical Project Manager will be responsible for managing the overall engagement, ensuring delivery quality, adherence to schedules, and budget management. Daily execution and oversight of the engagement will be critical, along with effective risk and escalation management. The role also involves people management, requiring strong leadership skills to guide the project team and foster a collaborative environment. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in client-facing roles, demonstrating the ability to work effectively with global teams. Excellent communication skills are essential to facilitate clear and effective interactions with stakeholders at all levels. This position not only demands technical expertise but also a strategic mindset to navigate the complexities of digital manufacturing projects.
