About the position

This position focuses on leading Ambulatory Operations to enhance services provided by the Clinical Enterprise in ambulatory locations. It involves supervisory responsibilities, managing multiple projects, and supporting the development and implementation of strategic initiatives to improve service levels, patient experience, quality and safety performance, and cost efficiency through effective tracking and reporting of program initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Lead special projects and coordinate between multiple stakeholders, including ambulatory operations and clinical department leadership.
  • Manage patient communications, MyChart initiatives, and vendor relationships for communication services.
  • Develop patient access reports and presentations, communicating findings to leadership.
  • Coordinate marketing efforts and facility signage across ambulatory clinics to ensure smooth operations.
  • Respond to requests and resolve problems presented by Department Leadership, Faculty, Residents, and support staff.
  • Assist the Director in standardization and process improvement techniques to enhance patient experience and optimize EMR workflows.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Communications, Education, Finance or related field required.
  • Two years of project management experience.

Nice-to-haves

  • Master's degree preferred.
