About the position

Urban Air Adventure Parks is seeking a passionate and experienced Project Manager to oversee and ensure the timely completion of projects within budget. The role involves planning, resource allocation, budget preparation, and stakeholder communication, all while aligning with the company's goals and vision. The Project Manager will handle multiple small to medium-sized projects or 1 to 2 larger projects, focusing on maintaining positive customer relationships and driving project success.

Responsibilities

  • Determine and define project scope and objectives.
  • Predict resources needed to reach objectives and manage resources effectively.
  • Prepare budget based on scope of work and resource requirements.
  • Track project costs to meet budget.
  • Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan.
  • Provide consistent project updates to stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress.
  • Manage contracts with vendors and suppliers, assigning tasks and communicating expected deliverables.
  • Utilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout project execution.
  • Monitor progress and make adjustments as needed.
  • Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement.
  • Assist the Technical Lead with the preparation of deliverables where applicable.
  • Conduct Lessons Learned sessions at the end of projects and communicate results to superiors.

Requirements

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in managing automation and/or manufacturing IT projects.
  • Knowledge of computer systems integration project methodologies and standards.
  • Relevant project experience with manufacturing data management and automation system integration, design, and deployment.
  • Proficient using MS Project and other MS Office software/tools.
  • Good communicator, fluent in English, spoken and written.
  • Meticulous, natural leader, and autonomous.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Nice-to-haves

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification will be considered favorably.
