About the position

The Project Manager PMO at New Jersey Resources is responsible for leading project teams and collaborating with stakeholders to deliver projects across various operating companies. Responsibilities

  • Lead project teams and manage multiple projects under budget and time constraints.
  • Demonstrate strong leadership skills to ensure project success and maintain forward progress.
  • Establish relationships with stakeholders for iterative feedback on deliverables.
  • Prepare estimates and detailed project plans for all project phases.
  • Assemble cross-functional project teams to define requirements and milestones.
  • Develop project schedules, change order logs, and bid contracts.
  • Negotiate contracts and change orders, ensuring compliance with provisions.
  • Maintain project budget and forecast spending plans.
  • Utilize project information for monthly forecasting and reporting.
  • Prepare post-construction as-built schedules and lessons learned reports.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of project management experience.
  • Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Project, Power BI, Excel, and SharePoint.

  • Familiarity with local, state, and federal regulations related to project management.
