About the position

ESI is seeking a Project Manager to support the DDI PMO Lead and Engagement Lead. This role involves ensuring that project management standards, tools, and practices are utilized effectively by the project team throughout the project lifecycle, from initiation to closure. The Project Manager will also be responsible for requirement management and maintaining communication with both internal teams and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Support and be accountable to the DDI PMO Lead and Engagement Lead.
  • Ensure project management standards, tools, and practices are utilized by the project team.
  • Manage requirement management throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Update PMO defined reporting mechanisms based on established PMO standards.
  • Monitor workstreams to prevent execution of tasks related to unapproved change requests or undocumented requirements.
  • Collaborate with the Master Scheduler to incorporate all tasks, effort, and dependencies into the project schedule.
  • Communicate project activities and status to internal project teams and the PMO based on established standards.
  • Communicate changes affecting the program to stakeholders as documented in the Communication Plan.
  • Build partnerships with other DDI team leaders and maintain positive relationships with customers.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years' experience as a Project Manager on Information Technology projects.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Skilled in Microsoft Suite and MS Project.
  • Expert in Excel, knowledgeable with Excel formulas, including linking data.
  • Detail-oriented and meticulous with a strong work ethic.
  • Ability to learn and follow existing processes.

Nice-to-haves

  • V Lookup experience is a plus.
