As a Project Manager on the PMO team, you will be responsible for planning, directing, coordinating, and monitoring activities of multiple project teams involved in the analysis, design, development, and implementation of IT initiatives. This role encompasses all aspects of the project lifecycle, from the initial idea and planning stages through to implementation. You will collaborate with various stakeholders to define project scope and objectives, identify the necessary skills and resources for the project team, and develop detailed work plans. Additionally, you will provide project status updates at multiple levels of management, ensuring that all parties are informed of progress and any potential issues. In this position, you will also be tasked with anticipating and identifying project issues and risks, recommending solutions, and working closely with senior management to implement these solutions. The role offers opportunities to engage in various aspects of the business, including IT infrastructure, application development, security and compliance, business processes, organizational change, and operational support.
