Responsibilities

• Manage IT projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they meet scope, budget, and timeline requirements.
• Lead Agile project management practices, including Scrum methodologies, to facilitate project delivery.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to implement communication systems and telephone systems effectively.
• Utilize project management tools such as Jira or Rally to track project progress and manage tasks.
• Prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders and senior management.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Information Systems or a related field.
• 7 years of experience in IT Project Management.
• 3 years of experience managing projects in an Agile environment.
• Expertise in Microsoft products including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio.
• PMP or PMPACP certification is required.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with Agile engineering practices such as Test Driven Development.
• Familiarity with Agile project management tools like Jira or Rally.
