About the position

Trilogy Federal is seeking a Project Manager with an active PMP certification to support federal clients, particularly in the healthcare sector. The role involves providing expert recommendations and implementing program management best practices across various projects related to healthcare access, public health, and healthcare administration. The Project Manager will work collaboratively with a diverse team to ensure effective project execution and stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities

  • Build out strategies, plans, and schedules for large agency-wide initiatives and quick-hit projects.
  • Lead cross-functional communications efforts related to major enterprise modernization efforts.
  • Develop, document, and manage best practices and resource requirements.
  • Consult with subject-matter experts (SMEs) and form subgroups to develop products.
  • Apply project management methodologies to support a large and diverse team.
  • Develop directives and guidance for client research and clinical deployment.
  • Create a program evaluation infrastructure for data-driven decision making.
  • Facilitate virtual and face-to-face meetings with government clients and coordinate collaboration across business units.
  • Provide daily supervision and direction to team members.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certificate.
  • 4+ years of experience in Project Management/Project Analysis.
  • Ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance.
  • Experience in developing and leading briefings, reports, and performance management within key performance indicators.
  • Flexibility to react to rapidly changing requirements.
  • Knowledge of communications and Change Management principles.
  • Effective project management skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical, oral, and written communication skills.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) or other federal healthcare agencies.
