Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee all aspects of one or more IT projects.
  • Define project scope, requirements, and deliverables in collaboration with clients or customers.
  • Develop and modify project plans to meet objectives.
  • Coordinate and integrate project activities.
  • Monitor project activities and resources to mitigate risks.
  • Implement and maintain quality assurance processes.
  • Conduct presentations or briefings on project aspects.
  • Participate in phase, milestone, and final project reviews.
  • Identify project documentation requirements and procedures.
  • Develop and implement project schedules and release plans.
  • Conduct analytical studies, feasibility studies, and cost-benefit analyses.
  • Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and policies.
  • Participate in change control processes and implement information systems security plans.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Project Management utilizing Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience working with software development and/or software/application related projects.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience with Agile, Scrum, and Kanban frameworks.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in project management software implementation services.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience working with software vendors.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience managing remote resources effectively.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience utilizing Azure DevOps.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience utilizing Asana.
