About the position

The Project Manager - Print Communications at Shellpoint Mortgage Servicing is responsible for leading and managing complex projects that involve multiple stakeholders. This role focuses on ensuring smooth project progress and successful completion by coordinating cross-team efforts, tracking milestones, and driving deliverables. The Project Manager will also identify process inefficiencies, recommend improvements, and oversee ongoing reporting of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage various projects assigned by department management.
  • Track, prioritize and lead letter template and logic change projects.
  • Lead and track third party vendor onboarding and transition projects.
  • Document and maintain a log of incidents/issues, and lead remediation activities.
  • Provide reporting to ensure appropriate changes are managed and monitored post project closing.
  • Work collaboratively with department leaders and cross-functional teams on key initiatives.
  • Track and report the success and failure rates of completed projects, providing postmortem analyses.
  • Create and present reports to senior leadership, summarizing project status and outcomes.
  • Act as the central point of contact for assigned process areas, ensuring seamless change management.
  • Ensure preventive actions from remediations are carried out using process improvement principles.
  • Develop and maintain reporting mechanisms to monitor project progress.
  • Drive innovative solutions to improve operational efficiency.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 4 years' related experience required.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite.
  • Experience in Smartsheet.
  • Analytical skills and the ability to design and implement processes.
  • Project management skills.
  • Strong understanding of process improvement methodologies such as Lean Six Sigma.
