About the position

The Project Manager (Product Development and Supply Chain Systems) at Diverse Systems Group LLC will be responsible for overseeing complex and concurrent product development projects, ensuring their successful delivery through the application of standard project management methodologies. This role is pivotal in influencing development teams, cross-functional stakeholders, and senior leadership while managing timelines and risks within a matrix management environment. The Project Manager will leverage their deep expertise in Blue Yonder (BY) Enterprise Supply Planning (ESP) and Order Promising (OP) to guide development teams and manage ongoing implementations effectively. In this position, the Project Manager will lead the successful completion of projects by utilizing industry-standard project management processes. They will build consensus among development teams, stakeholders, and senior leadership to ensure alignment and success. The role requires the application of Agile, Scrum, and Kanban methodologies to manage projects efficiently. The Project Manager will also plan and execute using Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) frameworks, driving the team to meet their goals while coordinating cross-disciplinary project teams in a matrix management environment. Effective communication of project progress, risks, and issues with stakeholders at all levels is essential. The Project Manager will leverage project management tools such as Microsoft Project Online and other business applications to facilitate project execution. They will create and maintain a collaborative work environment for teams, helping to resolve conflicts and remove barriers to success. The role also involves ensuring efficient execution of projects with geographically distributed and remote teams, applying creative problem-solving in ambiguous situations to drive long-term strategy while delivering quick results. As the primary point of contact for guiding the development team on Blue Yonder ESP and OP implementations, the Project Manager will manage program timelines, risks, and integration with parallel projects.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience managing complex product development projects, particularly in supply chain systems.
  • In-depth knowledge of Blue Yonder (BY) Enterprise Supply Planning (ESP) and Order Promising (OP), with the ability to guide development teams and manage program risks.
  • Proficiency in Agile, Scrum, and Kanban project management methodologies.
  • Working knowledge and experience using OKRs for project planning and execution.
  • Strong ability to interact, collaborate, and negotiate with cross-functional teams and senior leadership.
  • Experience managing geographically distributed teams.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, Project Online, and other project management software.
  • Ability to work with ambiguity and provide creative solutions to complex problems.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to drive results quickly while maintaining a long-term strategic vision.
  • Experience managing parallel implementations and mitigating program risks.
