About the position

Halff is seeking a Professional Civil Engineer Project Manager for its Public Works group in Fayetteville, AR. The ideal candidate will have at least 8 years of experience in Public Works, with a strong background in design and project management. Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee Public Works projects from inception to completion.
• Develop project scopes, professional services fees, and staffing projections.
• Produce winning project proposals as the lead professional/project manager.
• Interact with clients and engage in business development activities.
• Train and mentor junior staff members.
• Collaborate with multiple offices and various disciplines to ensure project success.
• Maintain project management, administration, and supervision responsibilities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Civil Engineering or an ABET accredited equivalent.
• PE License in Arkansas or transferable within 2 months of start date.
• A minimum of 6 years of experience in utility and Public Works design.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D is preferred.
• Strong technical writing and communication skills.
• Experience in client interaction and business development.
• Ability to develop project scope and professional services fees.
