About the position

The Project Manager at Brillio is responsible for leading and managing digital transformation projects for Fortune 1000 clients. This role involves defining project plans, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring effective communication and governance throughout the project lifecycle. The Project Manager will utilize Agile methodologies and design thinking principles to deliver exceptional results and drive client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Define and manage project plan, resource plan, governance plan, and communication plan.
• Plan and conduct mutually agreed upon project ceremonies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, 3rd party vendors, and project stakeholders for planning, governance, communications, resourcing, budgets, risks/issues/dependencies.
• Produce standardized enterprise project management artifacts and reporting.

Requirements

• 8+ years of project management experience.
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM1).
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and design thinking principles.
• Experience in metrics and reporting, backlog grooming, requirements creation/user stories, and estimations.
