About the position

The Project Manager for Real Estate will oversee pre-construction efforts related to 4G/5G macro new build and modification programs in the Great Plains Submarket. This role involves managing vendor relationships, site acquisition, and ensuring that all necessary governmental approvals and permits are obtained. The specialist will work independently to drive projects forward while collaborating with internal teams to achieve successful outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Manage real estate pre-construction efforts for 4G/5G projects.
• Oversee vendor relationships for site acquisition and A&E partners.
• Supervise third-party vendors in performing due diligence and negotiating leases.
• Manage workflow forecasts and obtain governmental approvals and permits.
• Collaborate with internal teams to achieve project goals.
• Handle purchase order management and assist with special projects as needed.

Requirements

• Significant telecom/wireless experience with strong project management skills.
• Prior experience managing site acquisition agents and vendors.
• Experience with macro new build and modification projects.
• Familiarity with large tower companies such as ATC, SBA, or Crown Castle.
• Ability to accurately forecast deliverables and maintain database information.
• Strong communication skills and a positive team-focused attitude.
• Creative problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with database tracking systems/tools, particularly FUZE.
