About the position

The Project Manager for Real Estate Telecom Site Acquisition and Property Management Lease will play a crucial role in overseeing and managing various projects related to real estate and telecommunications. This position is based in Walnut Creek, California, and operates in a hybrid onsite model. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing project tracking tools and systems that accurately document milestone completions, project issues, jeopardies, and overall project completion. This role requires a strong focus on delivering executive-level reporting, presentations, and communications to management, ensuring that all stakeholders are kept informed of project status updates and key process-focused objectives. In addition to project tracking, the Project Manager will create dashboards to monitor real estate program data and collaborate with the Real Estate Services (RES) team for project delivery. The ability to effectively manage vendors and projects is essential, as is a proven track record of meeting project goals. The ideal candidate will possess experience in using Tableau or similar dashboard tools to create charts, projects, and reports that provide insights into project performance and progress. Candidates with a PMP certification or relevant training are preferred, along with knowledge of Agile, Lean, and Six Sigma methodologies. The role also requires a solid understanding of real estate processes and the ability to work closely with specialists and vendors in the field. Financial acumen, including experience with processing purchase orders and reports, is also beneficial, as is experience in property management and lease renewal processes.

Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Proven track record of meeting project goals.
