About The Position

The Project Manager is responsible for managing assigned projects, interfacing with customer stakeholders, and coordinating with team members and suppliers. This role involves preparing and maintaining project plans, managing risks, and ensuring successful project delivery while adhering to corporate values and policies.

Requirements

• Good standard of education in project management or equivalent experience.
• Demonstrated Project Management Competency on a supervised project.
• General administration and good IT skills, particularly in MS Project.
• Proven leadership and management skills.
• Strong analytical and data reporting skills.
• Knowledge of appropriate quality systems.
• Professional qualification/Degree in a relevant field.
• Recognized Project Management Qualification.
• Other language skills are a plus.
• Labour market knowledge is beneficial.
• Full clean driving license.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, update, and maintain the project plan against agreed milestones and deliverables.
• Manage the project's contributing parties, identifying and documenting risks and assumptions.
• Ensure project status, budget, issues, and changes are recognized and communicated as required.
• Accountable for the successful delivery of the project and provision of necessary documentation.
• Act as the single point of accountability for all aspects of the project from kickoff to successful delivery.
• Promote and implement all policies and Corporate Values of the Company.
