About the position

The Project Manager will oversee all aspects of residential property restoration projects, ensuring they are completed to the highest quality standards, on time, and within budget. This role involves planning, implementation, and maintaining customer satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee all aspects of residential property restoration construction projects from planning to implementation.
  • Ensure projects are completed to the highest quality standards, on-time, and on or below budget.
  • Establish and adhere to project schedules.
  • Participate in job/billing reviews.
  • Visit job sites throughout the life cycle of the job.
  • Interface with building inspectors.
  • Develop and maintain a well-qualified pool of sub-contractors.
  • Ensure all work by sub-contractors and employees follows company safety procedures and professional standards.
  • Collect all necessary documentation throughout the job.
  • Follow-up with the customer to ensure timely payments.
  • Maintain customer satisfaction as determined by completed satisfaction surveys.
  • Act as the first contact during on-call rotation.
  • Meet or exceed compliance to TPA and/or insurance provider agreements.
  • Meet or exceed property owner expectations for communication and service.

Requirements

  • 2+ years' experience in restoration construction project management.
  • Experience working with TPA's and insurance providers.
  • Strong understanding of residential construction processes.
  • Proficiency with MS Word and Excel, Dash, Xactimate.
  • Able to multi-task and meet strict deadlines.
  • Impeccable problem-solving skills.
