About the position

The Business Program Specialist is responsible for leading the development and implementation of national and enterprise-wide programs within the Retail Change Office. This role involves designing, developing, implementing, monitoring, and resolving issues for specialized functional areas, ensuring that front-line colleagues have the necessary support and resources to manage change effectively. The position requires a highly seasoned professional with substantial knowledge and expertise in a complex field, capable of managing cross-functional teams and projects with significant resource requirements and complexity.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and implementation of national and enterprise-wide programs.
• Manage end-to-end functional programs and solve complex problems.
• Develop and execute diverse programs to support business sales/service strategy.
• Analyze data to inform priorities and initiatives, including post-implementation reviews.
• Support the implementation and monitoring of consistent processes and programs.
• Ensure compliance with internal and external requirements and manage risks effectively.
• Participate in cross-functional initiatives as a subject matter expert.
• Mentor and coach team members, contributing to their development.

Requirements

• Undergraduate degree and/or 7+ years relevant experience.
• Advanced knowledge of strategy development, consulting principles, and banking industry.
• Ability to manage a budget and work within its constraints.
• Skilled in mentoring, coaching, and leading teams.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in using analytical software tools.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
