About the position

The Project Manager in the Retail Change Office at TD Bank is responsible for leading the development and implementation of national and enterprise-wide programs that impact the US Retail Store Network. This role involves managing complex projects, integrating cross-functional knowledge, and ensuring that front-line colleagues have the necessary support and resources to navigate changes effectively. Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and implementation of national and enterprise-wide programs.
  • Manage end-to-end functional programs and cross-functional teams.
  • Analyze and draw insights from data to inform business priorities and initiatives.
  • Support the implementation and monitoring of consistent processes and programs.
  • Ensure compliance with internal and external requirements and manage risks effectively.
  • Provide mentorship and coaching to team members and stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Undergraduate degree and/or 7+ years of relevant experience.
  • Advanced knowledge of strategy development, consulting principles, and banking industry.
  • Ability to manage a budget and work within its constraints.
  • Skilled in using analytical software tools and data analysis methods.
  • Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and communication skills.
