About the position

The Project Manager in the Retail Change Office at TD Bank is responsible for leading the development and implementation of national and enterprise-wide programs that impact the US Retail Store Network. Responsibilities

• Lead the development and implementation of national and enterprise-wide programs.
• Manage end-to-end functional programs and cross-functional teams.
• Analyze and draw insights from data to inform business priorities and initiatives.
• Support the implementation and monitoring of consistent processes and programs.
• Ensure compliance with internal and external requirements in business operations.
• Conduct internal and external research projects and support the development of presentations.
• Participate in cross-functional initiatives as a subject matter expert.

Requirements

• Undergraduate degree and/or 7+ years of relevant experience.
• Advanced knowledge of strategy development and consulting principles.
• Ability to manage a budget and work within its constraints.
• Skilled in mentoring and coaching team members.
• Ability to lead, plan, implement, and evaluate program/project activities.
• Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Proficient in analytical software tools and data analysis methods.
