About the position

The Project Manager for the Retail Change Office at TD Bank is responsible for leading the development and implementation of national and enterprise-wide programs that impact the US Retail Store Network. This role requires a seasoned professional with substantial knowledge in project management, change leadership, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure that front-line colleagues receive the necessary support and resources during transitions. The position emphasizes ownership, accountability, and effective communication while managing complex projects and driving continuous improvement in processes and services.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and implementation of national and enterprise-wide programs.
  • Manage end-to-end functional programs and solve complex problems.
  • Act as a technical expert and lead cross-functional teams or projects.
  • Communicate difficult concepts and influence senior stakeholders.
  • Develop and execute diverse programs to support business strategies.
  • Analyze data to inform priorities and initiatives, including post-implementation reviews.
  • Ensure compliance with internal and external requirements and manage risks.
  • Participate in cross-functional initiatives as a subject matter expert.

Requirements

  • Undergraduate degree and/or 7+ years of relevant experience.
  • Advanced knowledge of strategy development, consulting principles, and the banking industry.
  • Ability to manage a budget and work within its constraints.
  • Skilled in mentoring and coaching team members.
  • Ability to lead, plan, implement, and evaluate program/project activities.
  • Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Proficient in using analytical software tools and MS Office.
