About the position

The Project Manager in the Retail Change Office at TD Bank is responsible for leading the development and implementation of national and enterprise-wide programs that impact the US Retail Store Network. This role involves managing complex projects, ensuring effective communication and collaboration across various business areas, and providing support to front-line colleagues during transitions. The position requires a seasoned professional with substantial expertise in project management, strategic development, and the banking industry.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and implementation of national and enterprise-wide programs.
  • Manage end-to-end functional programs and cross-functional teams.
  • Analyze data to inform priorities and initiatives, including post-implementation reviews.
  • Support the business in identifying and delivering against projects and initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with internal and external requirements and manage risks effectively.
  • Communicate complex concepts to senior stakeholders and influence alignment across teams.
  • Mentor and coach team members to enhance their skills and capabilities.

Requirements

  • Undergraduate degree and/or 7+ years of relevant experience.
  • Advanced knowledge of strategy development and consulting principles in the banking industry.
  • Ability to manage a budget and work within its constraints.
  • Skilled in using analytical software tools and data analysis methods.
  • Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and build relationships across teams.
