Responsibilities

Requirements

• Undergraduate degree and/or 7+ years of relevant experience.
• Advanced knowledge of strategy development and consulting principles.
• Strong understanding of the banking industry and product/customer markets.
• Ability to manage budgets and work within constraints.
• Skilled in mentoring, coaching, and leading teams.
• Proficient in analytical software tools and data analysis methods.
• Excellent negotiation, problem-solving, and communication skills.
