About the position

As a Project Manager for the Retail Specialty Program, you will lead significant retail and financial institution projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget. This role involves managing all aspects of project and program management, including budget, schedule, procurement, quality, and risk, while fostering strong client relationships and mentoring junior staff.

Responsibilities

• Leads all facets of project and program management for office, retail, and financial institution projects.
• Oversees the installation and deployment of specialty banking devices into retail branch locations.
• Conducts periodic site visits to monitor construction progress and status of work completed.
• Utilizes CBRE standards to manage complex real estate documents related to agreements, project charters, surveys, and drawings.
• Supports infrastructure construction and renovation projects, ensuring safety requirements and policies are implemented.
• Stewards account-specific Key Performance Indicators and promotes overall program improvements.
• Performs training and ongoing mentoring for junior-level staff.
• Builds strong relationships with clients to ensure project delivery meets expectations and explores opportunities for improvements.
• Identifies project delivery resources and conducts standard requests for proposals; completes bid analysis and recommends resources to clients.
• Implements communication plans for meetings and written reports to keep clients and project resources informed.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (BA/BS/Bang/BArch) required or a minimum of 4 years of experience managing construction projects related to retail or financial institutions in lieu of degree.
• Prior experience with reading and understanding architectural and civil drawings.
• Intermediate skills with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Projects.
• Must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship.
