About the position

As a Project Manager for the Retail Specialty Program at CBRE, you will lead significant retail and financial institution projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget. This role involves managing all aspects of project and program management, including budget, schedule, procurement, quality, and risk. You will also be responsible for the installation of specialty banking devices in retail branches and will conduct site visits to monitor construction progress. Building strong client relationships and mentoring junior staff are key components of this position.

Responsibilities

  • Leads all facets of project and program management for office, retail, and financial institution projects.
  • Oversees the installation and deployment of specialty banking devices into retail branch locations.
  • Conducts periodic site visits to monitor construction progress and status of work completed.
  • Ensures compliance with safety requirements, operations, policies, and procedures during infrastructure construction and renovation projects.
  • Stewards account-specific Key Performance Indicators and promotes overall program improvements.
  • Performs training and ongoing mentoring for junior-level staff.
  • Builds strong relationships with clients to ensure project delivery meets expectations and explores opportunities for improvements.
  • Identifies project delivery resources and conducts standard requests for proposals; completes bid analysis and recommends resources to clients.
  • Implements communication plans for meetings and written reports to keep clients and project resources informed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree (BA/BS/Bang/BArch) required or a minimum of 4 years of experience managing construction projects related to retail or financial institutions in lieu of degree.
  • Prior experience with reading and understanding architectural and civil drawings.
  • Intermediate skills with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Projects.
  • Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future.
