About the position

The Roofing and EIFS Project Manager is responsible for overseeing office-based projects related to roofing systems and Exterior Insulation and Finish Systems (EIFS). This role focuses on managing project timelines, collaborating with estimating teams, and ensuring high-quality deliverables to enhance project efficiency and support the company's growth.

Responsibilities

• Manage roofing and EIFS projects from the office, ensuring alignment with design specifications and client expectations.
• Collaborate with project managers and engineers to maintain project timelines and budgets.
• Oversee the preparation of cost estimates for roofing and EIFS projects, coordinating with overseas teams as necessary.
• Analyze project requirements to generate accurate and competitive bids.
• Conduct research on new products and innovative systems to improve project outcomes and efficiency.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to recommend enhancements.
• Contribute to project planning and execution from the office, identifying opportunities for process improvement and growth.
• Maintain organized records of project documentation, including estimates and shop drawings.
• Work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met.
• Participate in project meetings to provide updates on project progress and estimation efforts.

Requirements

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, with experience in shop drawing creation for roofing and EIFS.
• Knowledge of estimating processes, including the ability to work with overseas resources.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Architectural Drafting, or a related field preferred.
• Relevant experience in project management, creating shop drawings, and estimating for roofing and EIFS is highly desirable.
