About the position

The Project Manager for the SaaS Aging Information and Data Management Solution (SAIDMS) at ASSYST, Inc. will lead the re-procurement and implementation of an advanced information management system for various aging and disability services programs. This role is crucial for ensuring compliance with federal reporting requirements and managing the lifecycle of the project from planning to execution.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full project lifecycle, including project planning, tracking, and resource coordination.
• Oversee system architecture design and integration with existing systems for a seamless transition.
• Coordinate with service vendors to ensure efficient data migration and system implementation.
• Ensure compliance with federal and state reporting requirements.
• Develop and enforce protocols aligned with RFO (Request for Offer) requirements for the system implementation.
• Apply SaaS, PaaS, and IaaS best practices for system development and deployment.
• Lead multi-stream efforts, manage project costs, and monitor project milestones.
• Generate consistent, accurate reports for stakeholders through a web-based interface.
• Lead meetings and communicate project progress to stakeholders.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in system/software development and maintenance, including SaaS, PaaS, IaaS, Agile, and DevOps.
• Expertise in business process modeling and database schema extraction.
• Proven experience in architecting complex systems, managing data migration, and overseeing multi-stream projects.
• Strong project and cost management experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Visio, Excel, PowerPoint).

Nice-to-haves

• 8+ years of experience with SaaS solutions in aging/disability or ombudsman programs, or comparable sectors.
• Experience with federally funded subrecipient vendor programs.

Benefits

• Contract position with an estimated salary range of $135K - $170K per year.
