Responsibilities: Job Summary The Project Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing digital marketing projects from inception to completion. This role involves coordinating with cross-functional teams, ensuring timely delivery of project milestones, and maintaining high-quality standards throughout the project lifecycle. The Project Manager will be the key point of contact for internal team members, providing regular updates and managing projects, and ongoing initiatives expectations. The ideal candidate is a problem solver at heart and adopts a servant leadership style to support our teams. Lead and manage end-to-end project lifecycle, from planning to delivery, ensuring timely and on-budget completion. Collaborate with internal teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables. Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure successful execution. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align project goals with business objectives and client expectations. Proactively identify and mitigate project risks, resolving any issues that may impact delivery. Monitor project performance using KPIs, ensuring client satisfaction and continuous improvement. Manage maintenance and improvements post-project, addressing ongoing needs and potential future opportunities, often conducting retrospectives. Drive process improvements across project management workflows to optimize efficiency and team collaboration. Strong proficiency with project management software (Jira, Monday.com, Excel and similar tools) and processes. Experience conducting scrums and sprint planning sessions is a must. Ensure effective communication and regular reporting with both internal stakeholders and Leadership throughout the project.
