The eBay Advertising team is looking for a highly energetic individual to join our GTM PM team as Project Manager and sales enablement tools and engagement lead. The GTM PM team focuses on driving successful planning, execution, and delivery of product-related cross-functional strategic initiatives and owns enabling the team with state-of-the-art tools and channels supporting sales enablement. In your role, you will drive the delivery of central initiatives related to advertising products and the development and maintenance of the eBay advertising internal training platform.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate GTM support of critical initiatives across all phases from conceptualization to planning and execution, identify and remove roadblocks, facilitate scaling.
  • Identify areas of improvements related to speed of execution, impact, and resource allocation.
  • Define the process to assess initiatives impact and align on which should be stopped, continued or scaled.
  • Own internal training strategy and execution, drive engagement with internal training curriculum and maintain internal training platform.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in project management, working on projects that have global scale.
  • Experience in advertising and working with global sales teams, owning global projects and communications.
  • Ability to juggle, prioritize and meet deadlines in a rapidly changing, fast-paced and ambiguous environment.
  • Creative solution finder with an eye for detail.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • A team player who believes in ‘we' over ‘me'.
  • Excellent relationship building skills, and a proven track record of collaborating effectively and with positivity.
