About the position

The Project Manager - Sales at CentiMark Corporation focuses on the sales and marketing of polished concrete and epoxy flooring systems, targeting commercial, retail, and industrial markets. This role involves account and territory development, requiring a proactive approach to sales through existing accounts and new prospects. The successful candidate will engage in site inspections, proposal deliveries, and material demonstrations, contributing to the growth of regional sales.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for account development and territory development through existing account follow up, cold calling, telemarketing lead follow up, target marketing, and business development meetings.
  • New and existing account development, site inspections, proposal deliveries, and material demonstrations.
  • Provide accurate information for the creation of proposals for customers.
  • Engage in some overnight travel.

Requirements

  • Experience in general flooring, construction, or sales is required.
  • Two to three years of past territory and account development experience is preferred.
  • Solid qualifying and closing ability with a history of sales success.
  • Ability to work successfully both individually and within a team environment.
  • Solid time and territory management skills with a strong motivation to develop new accounts.
  • Valid State driver's license (in good standing) is required.
  • Authorized to work in the United States.
  • Must pass a pre-employment drug test.
