About the position

The Project Manager - Sales at CentiMark Corporation focuses on the sales and marketing of polished concrete and epoxy flooring systems. This role involves account and territory development, targeting commercial, retail, and industrial markets. The successful candidate will leverage their sales experience to grow regional sales and manage customer relationships effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for account development and territory development through existing account follow up, cold calling, telemarketing lead follow up, target marketing, and business development meetings.
  • New and existing account development, site inspections, proposal deliveries, and material demonstrations.
  • Provide accurate information for the creation of proposals for customers.
  • Some overnight travel may be required.

Requirements

  • Experience in general flooring, construction, or sales is required.
  • Two to three years of past territory and account development experience is preferred.
  • Solid qualifying and closing ability with a history of sales success.
  • Ability to work successfully both individually and within a team environment.
  • Solid time and territory management skills with a strong motivation to develop new accounts.
  • Valid State driver's license (in good standing) is required.
  • Authorized to work in the United States.
  • Must pass a pre-employment drug test.
