Responsibilities

  • Facilitate planning sessions with stakeholders to define project goals and performance metrics.
  • Keep the project team and stakeholders informed about project status, milestones, and any issues.
  • Identify potential risks early and work with the team to develop solutions, ensuring project stability.
  • Plan and monitor project budgets, ensuring financial resources are used efficiently.
  • Document and share lessons learned to improve future projects and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Assign the right resources to tasks, guiding and coaching team members to achieve project goals.
  • Develop timelines, track progress against milestones, and ensure projects stay on track to meet performance goals.

Requirements

  • College, university, or equivalent degree required.
  • Intermediate level of relevant work experience, including team leadership experience, required.

Nice-to-haves

  • Familiarity with GCE, BMS, COLS, and MS Project Online.
