About the position

We are looking for a passionate and energetic project manager/scrum master with IT finance experience to lead customer engagements. The candidate must have specific knowledge and application of IT services and financial management including budgeting, cost allocations, capital & operating expense handling, program portfolio management, and application/infrastructure support. The successful candidate will be an effective communicator and facilitator with the ability to manage multiple internal and external stakeholders. This role requires a strong understanding of agile methodologies and project management best practices to ensure successful delivery of software solutions. In this position, you will own and lead multiple, simultaneous customer engagements, implementing software solutions while adhering to agile methodologies. You will manage team activities and deliverables, which include weekly status reports, sprint planning, release planning and scheduling, and tracking Scrum team statistics. Additionally, you will be responsible for identifying project dependencies and risks, ensuring that all aspects of the project are monitored and addressed in a timely manner. Collaboration is key in this role, as you will work closely with Product Management, Business Analysts, Architects, and UI designers to plan ahead and ensure that the product backlog is prioritized, groomed, and detailed enough for the Scrum teams to work on without any downtime, ambiguity, or rework. You will also gather functional and business requirements from clients and translate them into a functional hosted solution design that meets client needs and project scope.

Responsibilities
