About the position

The Project Manager/Scrum Master will oversee the full project lifecycle management of large, complex IT projects or programs, ensuring they are delivered on schedule, within budget, and meet quality standards. This role requires providing project leadership to achieve expected outcomes aligned with the organization's strategic goals, with a focus on projects supporting CyberArk or similar Privileged Access Management tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full project lifecycle of large IT projects from inception to completion.
• Ensure projects are delivered on schedule, within budget, and meet quality standards.
• Provide project leadership to ensure overall success and delivery of expected outcomes.
• Work under limited supervision to manage project execution.
• Lead and establish project teams, managing timelines, resources, and successful implementation.
• Facilitate team meetings in an agile environment and lead agile development teams.
• Collaborate across organizational boundaries and build partnerships across various functions.

Requirements

• Experience with projects supporting CyberArk or similar Privileged Access Management tools.
• Experience with upgrades of CyberArk or similar tools is a major plus.
• Significant experience in project leadership and execution, including technology initiatives and cross-functional teams.
• Advanced knowledge of development or operations framework methodologies, including ITIL and SDLC.
• Advanced project management skills, including managing timelines, resources, and project implementation.
• Significant experience in managing multiple priorities independently and in a team environment.

• Experience working in both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Advanced presentation skills and executive presence.
• Experience in IT resource allocation and management.
• Experience in leading, guiding, and coaching professional staff.
