About the position

The Project Manager/Scrum Master will oversee the delivery of multiple high-priority projects within the healthcare technology sector. This role is crucial for managing initiatives such as the login process, data surface for grid integration, and API gateway optimization, while ensuring alignment with existing product teams and nearshore resources.

Responsibilities

• Manage high-priority initiatives including the login process, data surface for grid integration, and API gateway optimization.
• Oversee the production of nearshore resources to ensure alignment with existing product teams.
• Lead comprehensive project delivery, managing all aspects of people, processes, and technology.
• Handle multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring timely and high-quality outcomes.
• Maintain excellent stakeholder management, reporting directly to the VP.

Requirements

• 5-7 years of experience as a Project Manager or Scrum Master.
• Experience using Jira, Confluence, and MS Teams.
• Proven experience handling multiple projects at once.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills.
• Proven ability to lead comprehensive project delivery for large, complex initiatives.
• Experience working globally.
• Hands-on software development experience.
• Certified Scrum Master.
