About the position

The Scrum Master will play a crucial role in facilitating Agile processes within the organization, particularly focusing on data-driven projects aimed at optimizing operations and enhancing service delivery. This position involves collaboration with the Data Products and Platforms team, ensuring alignment of project deliverables with broader company goals, and supporting project timelines while maintaining quality and efficiency. The Scrum Master will also be responsible for executive reporting and participating in high-level meetings, representing the Scrum team's interests and progress.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Remove impediments and obstacles hindering the team's progress.
• Promote continuous improvement through feedback sessions.
• Ensure adherence to Scrum framework and Agile principles.
• Prepare and deliver regular reports to executive leadership on project status, risks, and key performance indicators.
• Attend and contribute to executive-level meetings, representing the Scrum team's interests and progress.
• Develop and maintain dashboards for high-level project visibility.
• Facilitate communication between executive stakeholders and the development team.
• Present sprint outcomes and project milestones to senior management.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Scrum Master.
• Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and Scrum framework.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Experience with Agile project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello).
• Ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in preparing executive-level reports and presentations.

Nice-to-haves

• ClarityPPM experience.
• Strong experience with IT systems related to data products and platforms.
• Knowledge of data analytics tools and platforms used in customer experience enhancements.
• Prior work with organizations focused on hospitality or entertainment industries.
